We design and orchestrate all construction projects in-house, and when appropriate call upon the services of competent engineers and architects. The first customer meeting will result in rough conceptual timberframe drawings and ballpark cost estimates, provided at no cost. For every project, timbers are notched in our shop at the sawmill then delivered to the job site, pegged together and the frame is raised and secured.

At this point a number of options exist. On some projects near home we act as general contractors and carpenters and see the project through to an agreed upon level of completion. We’re also comfortable turning the timberframe structure over to the owner/builder or their general contractor to take it forward.
